We were the chosen contractor to complete the rendering of the new premier inn extension of the Newcastle Gosforth/Cramlington hotel.
Client: Sandersons Contracts
Brief: To apply a K Rend render system, HP12 base coat and mesh finished off with a K1 silicone in salmon pink.

A redevelopment of an existing house.
Client: Private.
Brief: We applied a 90mm EPS insulation board to old and tired red brick. The render system used on this was a K Rend, we completed this using a silicone finish in Limestone white. We also completed all the internal dry lining & plastering on this project.

This project was all about bringing this lovely old house back to life by replacing the old dull render with a new system.

A complete redevelopment of an existing house, a stunning property in the picturesque village of Skewsby near York.
Client: Stone Edge
Brief: To render over the existing red brick with a thin coat silicone K Rend render system, the top coat used on this one was a TC15 in Corn.We also did the internal boarding & skimming works on this one and all the ground floor walls were two coat hard walled and then skimmed.
